1. Is there a fee to register on the site?
No, registration is free for all users. There is a fee to list your properties on Miami.biz.
2. Once I submit a listing, can I change it later?
Yes, you can. To edit text or pictures, simply sign-in and choose the "Edit Listing" link. You will be presented with a list of your active properties. Select the one you want and change anything you like.
3. How can I be listed in the Realtor/Agent or Business Broker directory? How about the Loan Services directory?
Realtors, agents, and business brokers are automatically added to the directory when they purchase a "Featured Property" listing. Loan Specialists can purchase their directory listing from the submission link located on the Loan Services page.
4. When will my properties appear on the site?
Once we review your submission and verify payment, your listings will become active.
5. I have purchased one of the Multiple Listing Packages. Do I need to submit all of my properties at once?
No, you have one full year from the date-of-purchase to post your various properties to the site.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards, company check by mail, or electronic deposit by wire transfer. Please email us to receive our bank routing and account numbers if you prefer wire transfer.
7. What format is allowed for pictures and video?
Pictures should be in .jpg or .gif format and no more than 110 kb in size. Pictures will be resized to approximately 400 wide x 266 high. All videos should be in Windows Media format (.wmv) and no more than 5 megabytes (5 MB). Video will be resized to approximately 320 pixels wide.
8. I am interested in advertising on the site. What ad options are available?
